Where to Fish Thiel Lake


The vegetation is plentiful along the shoreline. The area is frequented by grizzly bears. 33 of the 34 fish sampled collected by angling and of the 33 fish 20 were obtained at the small pond in the outlet.

Directions Trails from Hwy 212 near Beartooth Butte serve the area. The lake is east of granite lake.
