Where to Fish Horseshoe Lake


Horseshoe Lake is shallow wide spot in the creek and has potential to winterkill. The July 2015 gill net sample was collected during cold conditions with 4 inches of fresh snow that may have decreased sampling efficiency.

Elevation 9587.44 ft.
Directions This is the first lake encountered on the Upsidedown Creek Trail and receives heavy use. The Upsidedown Trail is steep but very well maintained.
