Where to Fish Bill Lake

Inlet and outlet provide excellent spawning areas. Ralph Saunders reports 14.0" cutthroat in 1983. Fish are also in the stream. Beautiful Lake to fish and camp. Not much use. Gil longmire 8/89 - lots of gt's 8-12", 1 CT 12", 2 rb's 8-10". All fish observed were hybrids of gt, ct, rb. Larger fish, in fairly high #'s were observed cruising (6-15"). Fish were in good condition, very fat. Catch one on every cast. Glenn Rickett and crew were here in '05. Fish were healthy and willing - up to `14". Coming up from below was very, very rough. One day fishing here and at Cimmerian Lake- 4 guys - 120 fish.
