Lower Jerome Rock Lake is an alpine lake located in the Falls Creek drainage. This lake is the lower most lake in a chain of three lakes, with two lakes that lie above. The outlet of the lake forms one of the forks to Falls Creek.

Status of the Fishery: | This lake supports a self-sustaining wild population of Rainbow Trout and Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout hybrids. FWP last visited the lake in 2011 and the fish ranged from 9.2-11.4 inches in length. |
