Granite Lake receives its fair share of visitors. A small creek flows from Granite Lake into Blue Lake. It is believed that rainbow trout were stocked by Druckmiller (a galena and sulfite miner) in the late 1930's.

Directions Follow Trail #119/118 from the half moon trailhead for 4 miles along big Timber Creek. Easy access.
