Golden trout are in surrounding lakes downstream. Was planted in '77 with cutthroat. Saunders caught 15" CT in 1983. Only adult spawners were sampled in '91. Mike poore reports anglers catching many large fish in '86. Fish were spawning in the outlet 7/24/91. Fish were healthy but not fat. This lake is doing fine on its own.

Elevation 9794.08 ft.
Directions Best access is from the Boulder lake plateau. The lake is in the Flood Creek drainage which is basically impassable.
