Reservoir is drawn down for irrigation and water levels fluctuate seasonally. The reservoir was dropped to dead storage in 2024 so all fish are assumed dead. Bynum will be restocked in 2025 if water levels allow it. Boat ramp is unusable during low water levels. FAS provides camping, toilets and access. This is a very popular and productive ice fishery for perch.
