The lake receives a lot of angling pressure because of its accessibility. Stocked every 4 years. A poor net set during the 2015 survey is suspected to be the culprit for the low catch rates. Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout abundance is likely higher than the 2015 net sampling suggests. One of the 4 fish sample in 2015 was collected with 0.75 hrs of angling.
