Lower Aero Lake

Cutthroats drift down from Upper Aero Lake while brook trout are self sustaining. Fish kills have been observed in the past. MTFWP sampled in 2016 finding good numbers of good sized cutthroats and a few smaller brookies. The sample in 2022 caught very few fish but observed numerous 2-3 inch fish along the shoreline.
