Hilgard Lake is an alpine lake located in the South Fork Hilgard Creek drainage within the Taylor Hilgard Unit of the Lee Metcalf Wilderness.

| Directions: | Access the lake from the Beaver Creek Road FR#985 which is off of HWY 287 north of Quake Lake. Use the Potamogeton Trailhead and take Trail#202 to Trail#201 towards the Hilgard Basin. Continue past Blue Paradise Lake and proceed over a ridge to the lake. |
