Directions: | Access the lake from the Beaver Creek Road FR#985 which is off of HWY 287 north of Quake Lake. Use the Potamogeton Trailhead and take Trail#202 to Trail#201 towards the Hilgard Basin. Continue past Blue Paradise Lake and proceed over a ridge to the lake. |
Status of the Fishery: | Hilgard Lake contains Westslope Cutthroat Trout and is on a four-year stocking cycle. The last plant occurred in 2024. |
