Blue Lake

Blue and Thunder Lakes are the most visited lakes in the Crazy Mountains. Blue Lake and Thunder Lake are connected with a very short creek that allows fish to easily move between the two locations. The shoreline is 95% timbered. It is believed that rainbow trout were stocked by Druckmiller (a galena and sulfite miner) in the late 1930's.
