Elk Lake
The Yellowstone cutthroat grow well in Elk Lake. In 2019, 22 YCT were caught in an overnight net set. Great fishing spot that is fairly tough to get to.

| Directions: | It is 6 miles up Copper Creek Trail #15 to West Boulder Divide and then 2 miles north along the divide to where you drop into the lake. It is a tough hike up Elk Creek. An angler reported hiking up the north side of Elk Creek and it took them 10-11 hours to reach the lake. |
