The lake sits in a open cirque and provides a very good angling opportunity for brook trout. The lake is fairly shallow.

Size:	5.6965 acres
Elevation:	8964.24 ft
Directions:	Start at the Bear Creek trail head. Hike the Bear Creek Trail #64 five miles to the lake. The trail is in good shape and well maintained.
Status of the Fishery:	In 2017 an FWP crew sampled the lake and found Brook trout. The average size of the fish was 8.5 inches in length.
